MDG 15 inspections and site access
Plenty of NSW mine sites and quarries check mobile plant against MDG 15 before it starts work. MDG 15 is the NSW Resources Regulator's guideline for mobile and transportable plant on mines and petroleum sites. We do MDG 15 compliance inspections at your yard or on site, and fix any electrical items that need attention, so the machine is ready when it reaches the gate.
Sites differ on who can come through the gate and what has to happen before they do. We'd rather know that before the day than find out at the boom gate.
If your gear comes back to a yard or workshop between jobs, we can do the work there instead. That can be the simplest way to get a machine sorted without anyone needing site access.
Heavy gear AC, from small plant to the big end
Our machinery AC work spans 1.7 t to 800 t. A small loader and the biggest machine on the contract get the same careful process, whether it's a compressor, an evaporator, a TX valve or a full flush and regas. See some of the machines we've worked on.
Dust, vibration and long shifts are hard on machine AC, and a small leak or a choked condenser only gets worse. We find the cause, fix it and run a performance check before we call the job done.
Light vehicles, cameras and planned maintenance
Site utes aren't an afterthought either. They get a fleet AC regas, electrical fault finding and a once-over while we're there, and anything extra gets quoted before we touch it.
For gear that works around people, we supply and install AI detection cameras that warn the operator when a person is picked up nearby. They help reduce risk around the machine, and they sit alongside your site's own controls, not in place of them.
Put the electrical and AC on a preventative maintenance program and the checks happen to a plan. That beats finding a fault halfway through a shift.
